Dorm2VC is an early-stage startup incubator for people with ideas that haven't found their shape yet. We don't write cheques. We build founders.
We help you think clearer, move faster, and get to the point where the real investors show up. Most incubators want traction. We want obsession.
We operate on an equity model. We invest our time, tools, network, and space in you. In return, we take a small stake. We win when you win.

A dedicated physical space in Warangal to build, think, and collaborate. Show up, plug in, and work alongside founders who are just as serious as you.
We give you what you need to build. AI credits, cloud infrastructure, dev tools, so you focus on the product and not the costs.
We try to connect you to the right investors, mentors, and operators. No guarantees, but we open every door we can.
Surround yourself with people as obsessed as you. The environment we create is the most underrated thing we offer.

Weekly check-ins, feedback sessions, and a founding team that is reachable. We're in it with you, not watching from the sidelines.
Can't make it to Warangal? No problem. The online cohort is a community of founders building together from their dorms, rooms, and cafes across India. Same 6 months, same tools, same energy. Virtual standups, shared sprints, real accountability. Apply wherever you are.

Not a weekend workshop. Six months of sustained building with real accountability built in.
We're going all in on you. We need you to go all in on this. Half-effort doesn't build companies.
The makerspace is there. The tools are there. The community is there. The rest is entirely on you.
This is the smallest we will ever be. The most access you will ever have to the founding team.
